For he is God’s servant for your good.
But if you do wrong, be afraid,
for he does not bear the sword in vain.
For he is the servant of God, an avenger
who carries out God’s wrath on the wrongdoer.

As we are all sinners, the biblical truth tells us that it is not for man to judge others. Only God knows the truth and whole truth as He sees our hearts not just our acts. God is the only perfect and righteous judge that will never be wrong. He is the truth.
As peacemakers for God, we are His servants, and we are given the authority and responsibility to serve God and His righteousness and justice. We are armed with sword physically in arms and biblically in His holy Word to fight against evils. We are God’s hands and feet of this world to serve others, to protect the innocent, and to stop injustice and wrongdoing in according to His will.
Let us not be proud, but let us be humble and glorify God in all we do.
Let the weak and meek find rest and peace in His presence and in His image in all of us peacemakers.
Let the wrongdoers be afraid, not because of us but because of God who will ultimately hold all un-repented evils accountable for their wrongdoings.
Praise the Lord. The peacemakers are the servants and avengers of God.
