Public safety and law enforcement officers lead an unique life with uncommon courage. You must have the courage to bid goodbye to your family and step out of the door of your home everyday knowing that you may not return. Undaunted as you depart, even knowing that you may sacrifice your life for a complete stranger that day. You confront the face of danger and monstrosity not because of lack of fear but because of a greater cause, a cause against dark and evil so vile that most others are afraid to even acknowledge.
As a peacemaker of God, you are the hands and feet of God to do what is right and just. Let us find comfort and peace in our Lord, Jesus Christ. Let us seek Him and hear Him. It is our God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who delivers us from all of our fears. Our triune God will lead us in the path of righteousness and answers our cry of help in all circumstances. He is our God, our heavenly Father, our loving God, our Fortress, our Deliverer, and our Salvation.
